Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer free delivery on orders of 3 dozen or more or any order over $150 within the Austin (and surrounding) area.

Do you ship cookies?

No, we do not ship cookies. Per Texas Cottage Law, cookies cannot be shipped outside of Texas.

Where is cookie pick up?

Orders can be picked up in either Kyle, TX or South Austin (Southpark Meadows area). The exact address is shared once your order is confirmed.

What’s included in a DIY cookie kit?

Each ATX Cookies DIY cookie kit includes 12 individually packaged sugar cookies, 4 bags of royal icing, 3 sprinkle packets, and a decorating instruction card. It's the perfect party activity or holiday treat for kids and adults alike!

What size are the cookies?

Cookies typically range between 2.5 to 4 inches, depending on the shape and design.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 1 dozen cookies.

Do you make cakes or other desserts?

Nope (sorry!), ATX Cookies specializes in custom decorated sugar cookies only—no cakes or other desserts are offered at this time.

Can I see examples of your cookies?

Yes! You can browse recent designs on our [Instagram @atxcookies] or on the gallery section of this site.

How are the cookies packaged?

Each cookie is individually heat-sealed in a clear cello bag to maintain freshness. Your full order is then placed in a bakery box to keep the cookies safe, secure, and easy to transport.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance. Holiday and event weekends fill up fast—order early to reserve your spot!

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders (placed within 10 days of pick-up) may be accepted based on availability and will include a 25% rush fee.
Orders needed within 48 hours will not be accepted.

When is payment due?

Full payment is required before baking begins. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.

How do I place an order?

Click the “Order Custom Cookies” button on the site and fill out the form with your event details. Be specific with theme, date, and quantity for an accurate quote.

Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free cookies?

Gluten-free cookies aren’t available right now, but dairy-free is! Just ask when ordering—there’s no extra charge. (Heads up: cookies are made in a kitchen that also works with dairy.)

Can I freeze the cookies?

Yes! You can freeze heat-sealed cookies for up to 2 months. To thaw, leave them at room temp in their packaging—don’t refrigerate or microwave.
